All missed appointments will be charged for in full and the clinic will reserve the right to request all future appointments to be paid for in advance.

If you are unable to attend a confirmed appointment (ie: you need to cancel an appointment), please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice (two full working days) to prevent a full appointment fee cancellation charge.

In the event of unreasonable or repeated appointment cancellations, The Pain Physio will reserve the right to:

1. Request a non-refundable, full advance payment for all future appointments.
2. Charge an administrative fee of £20 or 10% of the consultation fee (which ever is greatest) to all cancellations regardless of advance notification.
